Spindle Line Assembly

Product Range

Heavy Duty Lathes
These machines offer a swing range over the carriage of 1100 to 4200 mm, main headstock motor power of 100 to 400 kW, and can manage workpiece weights from 30 to 250 tons. The torque on the spindle is 60 to 400 kNm, with a maximum cutting stress of 150 to 200 kN.

Hydrostatic Features
The hydrostatic steady rest is designed to automatically adapt to workpiece flexion. The hydrostatic lubrication of carriage ways ensures no friction, wear, or stick-slip effect, with dampened vibrations and maximum stiffness.
