Main characteristics The system is designed for the processing of industrial, domestic and commercial waste with the aim to get alternative fuels (CDR/CSS). The main components of the system are: - Primary shredder GL620 - Ferrous metals separator - Air Separator - Secondary shredder GS650 - Dust aspiration system Functioning The material is loaded on the conveyor belt that feeds the primary grinder GL620 or directly into the grinder according to the space available. Thanks to a shock detection system, which these shredders are equipped with, the presence of non-shredding material cannot cause damages and therefore longer machine stops. The shredder reduces the material in homogenous and consistent pieces that are de-ironized through a ferrous metals separator and from which the non-shredding bodies are removed through the Air Separator. After this, the material is processed by the shredder GS650 that reduces the material at the required pieces (30/50/80 mm…). The system is equipped with an aspiration system for the dust that is created during the process of shredding and separation. Separators for non-ferrous metals, disk screen and customized transport systems are some of the options that can be integrated in the system according to the characteristics of the input material and the needs of the customer. Options The system can be configured according to the presence of pollutants such as rocks, nonferrous metals and organic portion. The machines that can be integrated in the system are:  Disk screen for the separation of the heavy section after the first shredding, that typically consists of glass, rocks, wet material, heavy plastics  Separator at Eddy Currents for the removal of the non-ferrous metals from the finished portion (after the shredder GS650) or for the recovery of the metals from the heavy portion that has been disposed from the disk screen  Additional air separator for the recovery...
