Main characteristics The plant is designed for grinding various types of plastic including: car bumper, car fuel tanks, plastic containers made of polypropylene, PVC and PET, plastic purgings The main components of this system are: - Loading conveyorbelt - Grinder - Ferrous metals separator - Granulator - Pneumatic transport Functioning The material is loaded on the conveyor belt and is fed into the grinder that reduces the material in pieces of approximately 50/60 millimeter in order to be able to remove metal small pieces from the material flow. Immediately after, the material is de-ironised by means of a magnet separator placed on the unloading conveyor belt. The material goes then on the granulator that further reduces the material to approximately 15 mm. The pneumatic transport captures the material from the grinder storing it into bigbags.
