The armoured cabinet integrates both the automation and pneumatic motorisation. Depending on components to build in, two cabinet sizes are available. A wide door with hinges opens onto all equipment. To access a push button to force bollard down, a smaller emergency trap door is available on option. The cabinet consists of a tubular frame with welded steel sheet >< 1.5 mm. Its door and top are diamond-shaped. Permanent ventilation is ensured to renew air and cool equipment. It is meant to be fixed on a concrete bed plate in 4 places. The whole range of URBACO automated systems (U100, U200, LOGO, AT224) may be integrated and coupled with 15- or 50-litre compressors. This technical centre is mostly used for two situations: - Coupled with access controllers such as CITYs, the PLC can run several access locations, with the same compressor being used for all, everything is stored inside the cabinet. As for each access, they consist of one or several bollards, a City controller with command actuators, communication system, operation logic components and position lights. - For high security installations where automation as well as motorisation should be protected in a solid and resistant environment.. All connections are made on a numbered terminal rack. A 30mA ground fault circuit interrupter ensures protection of users. Primer zinc coating to increase resistance to corrosion and add on adherence to the surface finish. Thermosetting polyester powder paint, matt finish, Standard colour: Charcoal grey RAL 7016 - Colours: all RAL shades, - Remote control actuators, - Operation logic components, - Heater, - Safety loops and detectors, Depending on the PLC programme entered, the bollard is actuated down by the user (contactless card, remote control, keypad, etc.) It will be actuated upward either automatically or manually.
