USER FRIENDLINESS AUTOMATIC WRAPPING AND BALE EJECTION OMNIPRESS 800 has been conceived to be a user friendly baler that can be easily used also by unskilled operators. Once the material to compact has been thrown into the baler, whether manually or automatically with a conveyor, the machine bales, wraps and ejects the bale by itself. The operator can easily monitor the working cycle through the electronic control panel on the machine front. With OMNIPRESS 800 it is no more necessary to wrap your bales by hand using wire, because both the wrapping and the bale ejection occur...

ROUND BALES The bales produced by OMNIPRESS 800 are round and weigh between 15 and 50 kg depending on the material. This means light but dense bales, that can be easily moved also by hand and that can be stored rationally on Euro Pallets (6 bales vertically on a Euro Pallet). We pay close attention to safety. For this reason OMNIPRESS 800 is equipped with specific safety devices that allow the user to operate the baler safely: Feeding table Emergency button The feeding table height (1,220 mm) and its depth (1,200 mm) prevent the user from touching the conveyor in any way. The red safety bar lies on the lower side of the feeding opening. If the operator leans against it, OMNIPRESS 800 stops immediately.
