MANU-COCCI®The manual coiler-winder with the highest level of performance Thanks to its innovative design, the frame of the MANU-COCCI has two advantages over other classic coiling machines: - It is very stable on the floor. It is thus extremely well suited to cut cables in front of a cable drums' rack. - For this purpose, it is fitted with 2 fixed wheels, parallel to to the rack, and 2 pivoting locking rollers. - It can be moved easily thanks to its 2 ergonomic handles. - The device can be purchased in its manual, more economic version (MANUCOCCI®), and then motorised later (MOTO-COCCI®) - If the working volumes become larger. It allows winding on all types of commercial spools (plastic, plywood, etc.) that have the following dimensions: - Max width (if the 0 of the central hole is 82 mm) The coil driving can be done using a crank and a drive pin of 15 mm 0, with adjustable position on a rack (from 40 to 200 mm from the shaft). The MANU-COCCI® can be equipped with the M20 measuring device (cable with a maximum diameter of 20 mm) or the M50 measuring device (cable with a maximum diameter of 50 mm). Depending on the type of cable to be measured and the frequency of use, its measuring wheel can be made of metal or polyurethane. In order to properly arrange the coils of the cable next to one another, the measuring device, fitted with a handle, is mounted on a crosswinding bench. With the new guidance system, the back-and-forth movement is done without any effort. It is identical to the version described above and also allows coiling, thanks to a coiling device. Choice between 2 models of coiling device. The 2 coiling device have an external diameter of 750 mm. They are made in galvanized steel. External flange , light and easy to handle (in aluminium). Quick lock-up system at the end of the cable. Opened coiling device to ease the tying of the coil. The width can be adjusted upon 3 positions : 130/180/230 mm. The drum / barrel includes 4 blades. It is the adjusting of the drum's diameter which differs between the 2 coiling devices. ADJUSTABLE gavette The diameter of the barrel can be adjusted by screwdriving (2 screws on each of the 4 blades) , over 7 positions : 190/240/290/340/390/440/490 mm. Coiling device with quick adjustment Each of the 4 blades of the core includes en indexing finger which allows : - The adjustement without any tool of the inner diameter upon 4 positions : 330/440/560/670 mm. - The extracting ("demolding") of the crown very easily /4s a matter of principle, the measuring of a long product canot be made with a perfect accuracy.
