Due to it's rigid structure and state-of-the-art servo drivesystems and Fanuc control system it is a high performant and highly reliable machine. A fast delivery of all cutting tools and accessories - for standard tools overnight - helps to reduce downtime and production costs. The SC32/50 is able to machine straight grooves, taper keyways and grooves in blind holes. It is able to produce regular and multiple keyways and standard and custom internal gears. Compact structure to minimise the overall dimensions and to guarantee rigidity and cutting stability. CHARACTERISTICS • Electromechanical machine, equipped with brushless motors. • Base comprised of heavy duly stiffened shoulders that contain the coolant tank. • Self-centring piece clamping system. • Tool blocking system connected at the two ends, to avoid peak loads on the tool itself. • Hardened main guides with recirculating ball sleeves. • Ball screws without backlash. • The machine allows the realization of - long and particular/ big keys; - passing slots. • FANUC control system. • Reduction of set-up time.
