Overview: The BUSI MEDICAL TERRY is a high-speed single-cylinder sock-knitting machine with electronic control, designed for producing medical compression socks and stockings in compression classes 1-2-3. It can knit both ribbed and smooth stitches, as well as terry loops, with automatic transition capabilities.

Specifications: The machine features two feeds for both smooth and ribbed stitches. Compression grading is achieved through automatic narrowing or elastic yarn feed adjustment. It supports diameters of 4”, 4 ½”, and 5” with needle counts ranging from 200 to 300 and gauges of 48 and 54. The maximum mechanical speed is 250 rpm, with a heel speed of 180 oscillations per minute. The machine weighs 420 kg and measures 125 x 155 x 245 cm, or 135 x 155 x 275 cm with Rimaglio.

Technical Features: The machine includes stepper motor stitch adjustment, brushless cylinder movement, and the ability to store and chain up to four different articles. Programs can be modified while the machine is running and loaded via USB or network. It also features an anti-blackout UPS, automatic lubrication, and a RIMAGLIO device for toe closure.

Optional Devices: Selective terry loop device, Lycra pinching device, second elastic color device, ULTRAFEEDER positive feeders, electronic yarn unwinding control, anti-twist device, fan, and horizontal or vertical bobbin holder. Textile Capabilities: The machine can produce 1x1, 3x1, 5x1 true rib stitches, sandwich terry loops, and embroidery patterns with elastic in five colors plus background on the same row. It also supports floating yarn mesh designs with two drops.
