- King Clean: Combines excellent oleophobic and regular hydrophobic properties, providing a smooth surface comparable to premium coatings. It reduces contact angles to address marking and glazing issues.
- Super Clean: Provides the highest contact angles against water and oily fluids, with superior sealing and smoothing properties.
- Contact Angles: Super Clean (112°-120°), King Clean (100°-108°), Regular (98°-105°).
- Oleophobic Properties: Super Clean (65°-70°), King Clean (62°), Regular (25°-60°).
- Abrasion Resistance: Evaluated using cheesecloth with varying cycles.
- Sliding Angle: Measured on dry cheesecloth, with Super Clean showing the lowest sliding angle.
- Evaporation from EBG: Liner Part No 10024464, with specific ramp/hold times and power settings.
- Evaporation from Boat: Values vary based on selected guidelines.
- Thickness Settings: Super Clean and King Clean have a thickness of 20-25 nm, while Regular is 4-12 nm. Thickness is reduced by ~50% for boat evaporation.
