Discharger for fine and coarse dosing. Vane-type discharger DMBV. Conveying of the bulk material by vanes to the proportioning unit. This vane-type discharger enables various bulk materials to be discharged at a controlled rate in either fine or coarse dosing mode. This vane-type discharger has been especially developed for the defined discharge of bulk materials from bins and hoppers. Its smart design allows it to be used for handling simple materials up to products, which are difficult to discharge and tend to bridge. The material to be discharged is caught by the vane and moved to the radial outlet. This ensures a continuous volumetric flow rate. The proportioning unit thus prevents unintended discharge of the material. In addition, the pneumatic actuator of the slide gate improves the discharger’s operating reliability. The rugged design ensures a long service life. Continuous proportioning In order to satisfy the most stringent customer needs, the Infinite control and continuous proportioning. efficiency, reliability, and economy of this newest-generation Bühler vane-type discharger has been further improved. The proportioning rate can be controlled infinitely (continuously) with high accuracy through an angle sensor, allowing discharge in fine as well as in coarse dosing mode.
