Product catalog summary
Overview: The Model 5214 Standard Test Gauge is renowned for its 0.25% accuracy and high-quality construction, making it a preferred choice for precision measurement. It features a knife-edged pointer and an anti-parallax mirror to minimize human error.
Specifications: The gauge complies with EN837 standards and is dust and splash-proof to IP54. It is available in 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm dial diameters with a 0.25% accuracy class. The gauge can be mounted directly or flush with optional dual scales or special markings.
Materials and Construction: The case is made from LM6M aluminum casting with a safety pattern and blow-out back. The bezel is stainless steel for direct mounting and die-cast aluminum for flush mounting. The pressure element varies with pressure range, using materials like Beryllium Copper and Ni-Span C.
Calibration and Certification: Each unit is individually calibrated and comes with a certificate traceable to National Standards. Overload conditions are specified, and recalibration is facilitated by a micrometer adjustable pointer.
Pressure and Temperature Ranges: The gauge can measure from 0 to 600 mBar up to 1,600 Bar and 0 to 10 psi up to 25,000 psi. Operating temperatures range from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius, with storage temperatures from -40 to +70 degrees Celsius.
Applications: The gauge is suitable for calibrating pressure gauges, transducers, pneumatic controllers, and valves. It is also used in aero, hydraulic systems, diesel engine injection systems, and efficiency testing of turbines.
Options and Customization: Oil-free test gauges are available, and the gauge can be customized for specific pressure mediums. UKAS traceable certification is available upon request.
