DCCT Pro2 mains powered testers are ideal for the rapid and effective testing of porosity in non-conductive coatings. Incorporating a resettable high-speed counter, they are specifically designed for use within automated production processes. Used extensively in the manufacturing industry for checking cables, plastic sheets, battery cases, moulded components, and non-conductive coatings on steel pipes, DCCT Pro2 units can be programmed to the output voltage, sensitiv'ty, and timing parameters of your choice. The Unit comprises a user interface, with front panel High Voltage on/off button, interlock input, and twin HV output channels, each featuring two no-volt change-over relay outputs. Independent counters are provided for each channel. The instrument is built into a 19" rack mountable case.
