Incorporating a resettable high-speed counter, they are specifically designed for use within automated production processes. Used extensively in the manufacturing industry for checking cables, plastic sheets, battery cases, moulded components, and non-conductive coatings on steel pipes, DCCT Pro2 units can be programmed to the output voltage, sensitivity, and timing parameters of your choice. The Unit comprises a user interface, with front panel High Voltage on/off button, interlock input, and one no-volt change-over relay output. The instrument is built into a compact and robust aluminium case and provides a means of remotely operating Buckleys DCCT Pro2 Output modules. Up to 4 output modules can be controlled simultaneously, these can be single or dual channel units to suit the installation. The units are connected by a low voltage 4-wire network cable.
