SUPRATON S-SERIES The Supraton S-series permits operation up to: • 200,000 cP product viscosity • 20 mm particle size • 240 °C • 20 bar Nozzle tool Advantages which the Supraton S-series additionally has to offer: • First-class homogenisation: small product quantities can be introduced directly into the shearing and mixing zone by means of stator injection so that optimum homogenisation is guaranteed • External oil-cooled bearing system for high driving power and temperature resistance in continuous operation • High-quality materials, from duplex stainless steel to metal/ceramic combinations, ensure increased wear resistance Tooth and Chamber tool • The Supraton S-series is structured axisymmetrically and is thus suitable for both senses of rotation. In that way, both tooth flanks can be used in the event of wear • Further developed tool geometries for efficiency and performance optimisation of rotor/stator systems • Excellent rotor stability, even in the case of extremely high viscosities and speeds of rotation, ensures a high degree of reproducibility as well as a reliable scale-up capability.
