Specifications
The Buchi midiPilot® reactors are available in 20 and 30-liter capacities, suitable for chemical syntheses, extraction, evaporation, purification, crystallization, separation, and cGMP API production. They support scale-up processes and feature a solid steel cover plate with PFA coating, dry-running mechanical seals, and interchangeable stirrers.

System Setup
The system includes interchangeable 20 and 30-liter glass reactors, a stainless steel cover plate with PFA coating, and a dry-running mechanical seal with ATEX stirrer drive. It features easy interchangeable stirrers, a baffle with Pt100, a dead volume-free bottom valve, and robust hose connections for optimal temperature control. The mobile stainless frame fits in standard fume hoods.
