Unit The mobile dewatering unit with a Bucher HPS 3007 press has its own mono pump for sludge supply. The sludge slides are being pumped through a fixed piping system into the press. The required polymer is prepared a two-chamber system with l’OOO liters per chamber. An active inline mixer is available for the perfect blend of polymer and sludge. Depending on the required retention time of the polymer, the sludge-/polymer mix can be bypassed through a reaction chamber, which can extend the reaction time. Two different TR sensors are installed to measure the dry solid content of the sludge....
