Product catalog summary
Introduction
Brush Research Manufacturing introduces NamPower diamond wheel brushes designed for polishing and producing edge radii on hard materials such as diamond, CBN, ceramic, carbide, hardened tool steel, and glass. These brushes offer a cost-effective alternative to other diamond wheels.

Specifications
The diamond wheel brushes are available in three diameters: 100mm (4 inches), 150mm (6 inches), and 200mm (8 inches). The 150mm and 200mm brushes come with either 10mm or 15mm face thickness, while the 100mm brush is available in 5mm or 10mm face width. They feature a 600 mesh diamond filament for optimal cutting power and finish.

Product Features
The composite hub construction of these brushes ensures a denser and more uniform fill pattern, enhancing cutting efficiency. The 150mm and 200mm brushes have a 3.25-inch arbor hole, with adaptors available for common spindle sizes. The 100mm brush has a 20mm arbor hole.

Benefits
Using these brushes for edge preparation and flute polishing can increase tool life by over 200%. They help reduce micro burrs, stress points, and potential fractures, leading to extended tool life and consistent machining operations.

Applications
These brushes are suitable for use on carbide, tool steel, ceramics, and more. They are ideal for polishing flute reliefs on drills, end mills, reamers, and other cutting tools, reducing chip loading and improving tool performance.

Diamond Wheel Brushes-1

Composite Hub Wheel Brushes BRUSH RESEARCH Brush Research is pleased to announce our new NamPower diamond wheel brushes for polishing and producing edge radii on hard materials including diamond, CBN, ceramic, carbide, hardened tool steel and glass at a fraction of the price of other diamond wheels on the market. Diamond filament extends brushing technology to enable improvement of hard coatings like plasma sprayed and nitride coated surfaces. The ideal solution for polishing the flute relief on carbide and high speed steel drills, end mills and reamers and producing an edge radius on carbide inserts. Their unique composite hub construction creates brushes that have a much denser and more uniform fill pattern putting more cutting points at the point of attack. Our new diamond filament wheel brushes are available in three diameters: 100mm (4 inches), 150mm (6 inches) and 200mm (8 inches). The 150mm and 200mm diameters come in either 10mm or 15mm face thickness. Our 100mm wheel is available in either a 5mm or 10mm face width to accommodate a variety of flute relief sizes.
