The Flex-Hone tool operates at low pressure and temperature, making it suitable for Nickel alloy steels. It reduces the work-hardened layer from machining, minimizing oxidation and stress-induced cracking. Standard sizes range from 4mm to 20mm, with additional sizes available on special order. Three mesh sizes are offered: 170/200, 800, and 2500.
