- Vessel Microbial Cell: Designed for pressures up to 1 bar and temperatures from room temperature +8°C to +60°C. Made from borosilicate glass 3.3 with a stainless steel 316 lid. Available in single or double wall configurations.
- Features: Volumes range from 1 to 10 liters. Table-mounted for easy maintenance. Separate cabinet for power, measurement, and control tools. Adheres to cGMP and GAMP guidelines.
- Applications: Suitable for batch and continuous cultivation of bacteria, fungi, yeasts, plant and animal cells, small-scale protein production, and research process design.
- Aeration System: Includes air supply line with MFC, rotameter, and electromagnetic valve. Optional N2, O2, and CO2 gas supply lines. Features ring and sinter spargers, exhaust gas condenser, and sterile filters.
- Agitation: Speed range of 40-1000 rpm, with an option to increase to 1500 rpm. Includes magnetic seal and mechanical defoaming blade.
- Temperature Control: Heating and cooling via electrical blanket or circulation circuit, depending on vessel type.
- pH Control: Sterilizable pH sensor with a range of 2.00 ~ 12.00. Includes peristaltic pumps for acid and alkali addition.
- Defoaming Control: Includes sensor and peristaltic pump for defoaming solution.
- DO Control: Sterilizable digital optical DO sensor with a range of 0-150±3%.
- Sampling System: Integrated autoclavable system.
- Peristaltic Pumps: Four Watson Marlow pumps for alkali, acid, defoaming, and feeding.
- Ports: Includes ports for temperature, pH, pO2, defoaming, feeding, exhaust gas, sampling, air sparger, and inoculation.
- Three access levels, parameter settings, actuator status display, trend displays for temperature, pH, DO, agitator speed, and gas supply flow rate. Data export via USB or CD card.
- Remote operator's workstation available as an extra option.
- Includes additional gas supply lines, gas mixing unit, extra pumps, impeller packages, CO2 pH control, and various sensors.
- Parallel cultivation systems available for integrating multiple fermenters on a single platform.
