The SPL pneumatic separator uses a controlled air flow to separate lighter impurities from products. The product enters a vertical channel where lighter particles are lifted by the air flow, while heavier particles fall to the outlet. The air flow rate can be adjusted to suit different products and conditions. A mechanical filter at the top traps particles, which are then collected and discharged.

The SPL can be coupled with a cyclone or bag filter for centralized air flow filtering. It is versatile and can be used in various stages of product cleaning and sorting lines.
