EZ Clamp Battery Terminals Our EZ Clamp battery terminals can be used on any automotive battery to allow quick battery removal for service or storage. The self tightening action eliminates the need for tools, so batteries can be removed safely. No longer do you have the risk of accidentally shorting the battery with a wrench. Applications include cars, trucks, recreational vehicles and seasonal vehicles, golf carts, floor scrubbers and sweepers. Features • Cam action tightening. • Built in terminal cover. • No tools required to disconnect terminal from battery. • Cover can be removed in case direct access to terminals is required. Specifications • Material - Brass/Zinc alloy (CuZn) • Coating – Tin (Sn) • Maximum current - 1,000 amps • Accepts 5 AWG to 00 AWG (16mm2 – 70mm2) battery cables • Fits automotive post terminals - 0.7" pos and 0.625" neg (17.5mm pos. and 15.9mm neg) Installation To install, simply strip your DC cable jacket to a bare length of ¾" ( 20mm), insert the stripped cable into place on the battery clamp and tighten the screws. The battery terminal can then be clamped on the battery posts with its unique self tightening cam action.
