Installation Guidelines:

Drill oversized holes (3mm per meter) to accommodate thermal movement.
Ensure mitres on Marlon CST and fibre cement sheets correspond.
Avoid overtightening fasteners to allow thermal movement.
Use sheets of equal length to fibre cement sheets on a roof.
Maintain proper purlin spacing according to loading.
Use compatible sealants and washers, preferably white.
Support sheets with foam fillers at each purlin position.
Not suitable for curved roof applications.
Use 25mm EPDM bonded washers (BAZ washer) for fasteners.
Clean dust from drilling holes in fibre cement sheets.
Fix primary fasteners through each crown at top and bottom end laps, and through alternate crowns on intermediate purlins.

To accomodate thermal movement, h驴tes drilled for frxings MUST be oversized 3mm per meter sheet length. Ensure mitres on Marlon CST and fibre cernent jheets correspond.
