The Analog Sonifier is ideal for simple quick operation. This unit features dial controls for easy setting of the timer, which can also run continously; it also features duty cycle and output control. Analogue Sonifiers are available in either 200 or 400 watts and supplied with a power supply, converter, and 1/2” (13mm) tapped horn with replaceable flat tip: the 400 watt can also be supplied with a 3/4” solid horn. Features Include: • rocessing volumes: S250A: up to 250ml; P S450A: up to 500ml. • Mechanical timer: Provides the means to control ultrasonic energy applied in increments between 0-15 minutes. Continuous operation is achieved by turning the control to the “hold” position. • uty cycle: Includes a pulsar mode which allows for D pulsing, this eliminates the temperature increase of the solution which can result from constant exposure to ultrasonics. The energy is applied at one pulse a second, the duration of the pulse can be adjusted from 0.1 to 0.9 seconds. Continuous sonics will result when the switch is on the “constant” position. • Output meter: Indicates the percentage of ultrasonic power emitted at any output control setting. The recording of the meter reading and the output control setting permit any established power level to be reproduced. • Auto-tune memory: No need for tuning.
