Network Time Adapter NTA-100GM Uses Network Time Server to synchronize computers and other Adapters Browser based user interface for easy setup Compact size and low cost GPS synchronized Brandywine Communications NTA-100GM (Network Time Adapter) is a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server that receives its time from the Global Positioning System (GPS) and distributes this time via NTP and a serial devices. The convenient, low cost unit is an excellent source for accurately time synchronizing computers, time displays, PBX’s and a wide variety of other equipment. programmable and can be used to synchronize almost any Adapter. Management of the NTA internals is by means of a built-in web browser interface. This password protected web page allows the user to set up the text string required for the equipment to be synchronized. Time zone offsets and daylight savings setup are also accessed through the same web page. The NTA-100GM is a small GPS synchronized Network Time Server. Using the built-in GPS receiver, the NTA accurately synchronizes its internal clock. It then provides accurate time to clients on the network using the industry standard Network Time Protocol (NTP). It also outputs a time message once per second through its builtin serial ports. Both RS-232 and RS-485 ports are provided. The time message format is user The NTA is also available in a client configuration. In this configuration the NTA will synchronize to a Network Time Server over the Ethernet connection and output serial time messages suitable for driving time displays or other Adapters.
