Pump Gear Design: The pump features a belt gear with various reduction ratios, an integral housing with modern seal technology, splash-lubricated gear components, a large oil sump, and no external oil pump. It is suitable for variable speed operation.

Flow Rate Control: Flow rates can be controlled manually, electrically, or pneumatically during operation and standstill. Stroke length adjustment is achieved through an eccentric (Z-shape) crankshaft.

Driver: The pump is driven by a low voltage DC electric motor.

Applicable Standards: The pump complies with API 675 2nd edition and CE-Marking directives 98/37/EC (Machinery Directive) and 94/9/EC (ATEX) up to category 2.

Flow Rate and Pressure Specifications: The pump offers various flow rates and pressures depending on the pumphead type and material. Maximum operating pressures may vary, especially for pumps with plastic housing, which are generally limited to 10 bar. Metering accuracy is as good as ±0.5% of the flow rate set.

Technical Specifications: The pump supports selectable stroking speeds (50 Hz): 50, 63, 72, 85, 100, 127, 144, 170, 200 min-1, with different speeds for a 60 Hz driver. The weight of the pump, without the motor, ranges from approximately 70 to 160 kg.
