14.01 Silver brazed laminated block type LB Brass/Steel Rugged construction, Longer life, Silver brazed top plate Applications Grinding , EDM , Milling , Control , Drilling , Machining , Positionning Construction . Silver-brazed top plate machinable . Pole pitch : steel 3 mm - brass 1.5 mm (or 4+2) Laminated blocks do not have a magnetic field of their own, but are able to transmit the magnetic flux of the chuck towards the workpiece, by positioning them with the laminations being parallel to those of the chuck pole plate. They are used to protect the pole plate when carrying out difficult machining operations.
