Overview
The CeBeCo® TROWAMAT® is a spray-wash system equipped with a running wheel designed for efficient cleaning of bulk goods and sensitive components. It features automatic control for optimal operation and a strong pump capacity to minimize chemical use and reduce washing times.

Construction
The system is constructed from thick welded high-grade sheet steel and is available in four standard sizes, with options for custom sizes. It utilizes aqueous cleaners for the washing process.

Equipment
The TROWAMAT® includes a direct electrical heater, insulation, digital thermostat, high-pressure centrifugal pump, stainless steel nozzle system, and a coarse filter insert. Additional features include an oil separator, drying facility, vapour extraction, and a pneumatic door.

Supplementary Features
Optional features include a rinsing facility, increased operating weight, micro-filters, interval blow-off system, recirculating air drying, air micro-filter, soil protection basin, loading station, drainage pump, and a weekly clock.

Model Variants
The system is available in four model variants with different cage dimensions:

• 6040/28: 600 x 400 x 280 mm
• 8045/40: 800 x 450 x 400 mm
• 10060/60: 1000 x 600 x 600 mm
• 12080/90: 1200 x 800 x 900 mm
