Overview
The CeBeCo® SECURUS – D is a spray-wash system designed for cleaning small parts. It is constructed from thick welded high-grade sheet steel and is available in two standard sizes, with options for custom sizes. The system is intended for use with aqueous cleaners.

Function and Use
The system operates by placing components in a slewing ring, which moves them past nozzle fittings located at the top, side, and bottom. These nozzles spray heated cleaning agents, ensuring effective cleaning for a wide range of parts.

Equipment Features
The system includes a direct electrical heater, insulation, a digital thermostat, a submersible pump, a stainless steel nozzle system, a coarse filter insert, and a rotating plate with direct drive.

Supplementary Features
Optional features include increased operating weight, an oil separator for non-emulsified oils in bypass mode, micro-filters in both the main stream and bypass, vapor extraction, a drying facility, an air micro-filter, a soil protection basin, a fill level monitor, a drainage pump, and a weekly clock.

Types and Specifications
The system is available in two sizes:

• Size 2: Operating weight of 100 kg, slewing ring diameter of 600 mm, working height of 400 mm, cleaning agent capacity of 200 L, heater power of 6 kW, and insulation thickness of 25 mm.
• Size 3: Operating weight of 200 kg, slewing ring diameter of 1,000 mm, working height of 500 mm, cleaning agent capacity of 350 L, heater power of 12 kW, and insulation thickness of 25 mm.
