Standard Configuration Overview:

Deep Spout Assembly: Includes a cast iron casing mounted on a front plate, orifice ring holder with support and clamp, spout burner manifold with 1/4” nozzles, front and rear spout covers, and a manual lifting hoist for refractory parts.
Revolving Tube Assembly: Gear-driven with upper and lower ball races, bevel gear drive shaft, gearbox, cast iron support bracket, tube counter-weight and linkage, motor-driven tube rotation, and height adjustment mechanisms.
Angular Shear Mechanism: "SMASH" servo motor-driven with a brushless servo-motor, support plate for spout T-slot, adjustable shearing angle from 90° LH to 30° RH, shear air spring, automatic retraction cylinder, Delta Spray mechanism with nozzles, and adjustable SG-DG drop guide mechanism.
Plunger Mechanism: Servo motor-driven with a brushless servo-motor, plunger carrier on drive shaft, holder and chuck for single or twin plunger operation, and a Lincoln automatic lubrication system (pump excluded).
Equalising Section: Steel casing, 4 feet long.
Variable Equipment Set: For single or double gob 4-3/8” operation, including shear blade holder with blades, orifice ring holder, and gob guides.
Drive & Control System: RSF-2020 stand-alone system with four motors for shears, plunger, tube rotation, and tube up/down. Features PLC-based digital control with individual inverters, a 15” touch-screen HMI, control cabinet, and connecting cables.
Feeder Refractory Expendables: Available from the manufacturer.
