- The conveyor beam is made of tubular steel and includes a built-in water cooling system, requiring 5 to 6 liters of water per minute.
- The supporting frame is height adjustable, with a standard range from 850 to 1100 mm.
- A safety valve is included for the overpressure cooling system.
- Modular wear plates under the belt are 600 mm long.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel or cast iron adjustable dead plates are available.
- The machine can be adapted to any type of motor drive provided by the customer.
- It supports both right-hand (RH) and left-hand (LH) operations to fit any layout requirement.
- Silent chain belts and idle sprockets are available in various sizes.
- RAMSEY chain all guard FX with head protection is recommended.
- Remote adjustment for the height and planarity of dead plates is available as an option.
