Introduction
Revimac MAX-IS is an innovative forming machine designed for producing large glass containers. It operates in three stages: blank, pre-form, and final blow, across four stations. The final blow requires more time, hence it is conducted over two stations. The machine is fully controlled by 35 servomotors and a personal computer, eliminating pneumatic controls for easier maintenance and accessibility. Two robots are used for transferring containers between stations, optimizing time and movement.

Technical Features
The machine features a steel fabricated bed frame with leveling jack screws and can be fed by a robot or feeder mechanism. It is fully electronic with 35 axes and uses a 4-axes robot for container handling. Blowing operations are controlled by proportional valves, and the cooling cycle is optimized through a two-stage blowing process. The system uses EtherCat for communication and does not require sensors for home position.

Electronic Control System
The control system includes a console with an electronic timing unit, power supply, connecting cables, and protective ducting. It features a local terminal for adjustments, a supervisor system with software, a personal computer, and a printer. An electric control cabinet manages the brushless servo-motors.

Safety Devices
Safety is ensured through torque control, an anti-intrusion barrier, and anti-collision cams.

Transmission
The machine uses brushless motors.

Power Supply
The power supply is 380-480 V, 50-60 Hz, three-phase, with installed power of 110 KW / 200 KWA.

Compressed Air
The system requires 6 bar, 50 micron filtered, oil and condensate-free compressed air.

Performances
The machine can perform a maximum of 5 cycles per minute and supports P&P and B&B job processes.

Optional Features
Fire polishing can be integrated into the control system.

Manufacturing Limits
The machine can handle glass containers with a body diameter of 100 to 550 mm, height under finish of 200 to 800 mm, press & blow wide finish of 100 to 350 mm, and blow & blow wide finish of 38 to 60 mm.
