Overview
The Revimac HTH MK3 Series is designed for the hot-end surface coating of glass containers using Monobutil Tin Chloride (MBTC) and Titanium Tetrachloride. This treatment enhances the mechanical resistance of the containers.

- HTH-120: 1200mm, 400 containers/minute
- HTH-140: 1400mm, 550 containers/minute
- HTH-160: 1600mm, more than 700 containers/minute

Technical Features
The unit is constructed from AISI stainless steel and includes:
- Two lateral diffusers with fans for even coating distribution
- A central section with a centrifugal fan to prevent coating deposits
- Fume extraction and exhaust system
- MTBC Electronic metering pump and control panel
- High-efficiency heating system with built-in stainless steel resistors
