System Description
The Revimac Coloring System is designed for glass conditioning forehearths, facilitating the feeding, melting, and mixing of colorants before the final cooling and conditioning of glass. The system extends the forehearth by approximately 3 to 6 meters.

Coloring Area
The coloring area is divided into three zones:

Pre-heating Zone: Maintains a regular glass temperature for proper melting of the color concentrate, using double-stack burners and an optical pyrometer for temperature control.
Melt Zone: Provides sufficient time for the colorant to melt and exhaust combustion gases before stirring.
Stirrers Zone: Ensures proper mixing of the colored glass.

Equipment Composition

Frit Storage Unit: Includes a tank for frit storage and a chute for conveying colorant to the dosing weigh system.
Weigh System: Features a vibrating tube for continuous colorant flow, using a high-precision weight-loss system with load cells.
Pneumatic Transport System: Delivers dosed colorant to the feeding unit via air generated by a blower.
Frit Feeding System: Controls the supply rate of colorant, captures excess frit powder, and deposits colorant onto the glass surface using an air-cooled metal feed-tube.
Stirrers Unit: Blends the molten color and glass mixture for homogeneous coloring, with configuration depending on glass tonnage and color.

Control System
The electrical control cabinet includes a touch-screen Operator Interface for:

Supervision and control of colorant injection and dosing.
Temperature control throughout the heating and conditioning process.
Supervision and control of stirrer units, including speed, direction, and torque limit.
Alarm system management.
