The innovative view E-MOC cooling concept grants the possibility to achieve the proper temperature profile required, according to the type of process ( NNPB, PB,BB ), from pharmaceutical and cosmetic, to beer and wine productions. The air duct, from the on-off valve, through the mold holder up to the mold inlet, has been optimized with extensive fluid-dynamic simulations. • A better heat extraction capacity, achieved reducing the pressure drops in the duct up to the mold inlet. • A balanced cooling between the cavities, achieves with air flow optimization.
