The Bottero C.C. Double Rack Take-Out mechanism is part of a new generation of mechanisms designed to minimize vibrations and shocks that can lead to defects in glass containers.
- Both C.C. cartridges are positioned on the upper side of the mechanism.
- Hydraulic connections are located on the top side.
- Maintenance on hydraulic cartridges can be performed without removing the entire mechanism from the section.
- A mechanical safety block is installed at the front of the mechanism.
- A robust handle is bolted to the front for ease of use.
- Facilitates easier and faster adjustments.
- Reduces downtime required for maintenance.
- Enhances the planarity adjustment of the tong arm.
- Features a new design for the positioning system.
- Provides a comfortable and safe handhold for machine operators.
