The Bottero conveyor system is engineered for efficient handling of glass containers, even at high transfer speeds. It offers three distinct cooling solutions tailored to customer needs: Under Belt Cooling (UBC), Separate Belt Cooling (SBC), and Independent Cavity Cooling (ICC).
- Available for up to 12 sections in a single bed machine or up to 24 sections in a tandem machine.
- Air cooling inlets can be positioned at the front or back of the conveyor body.
- Enhanced cooling flexibility and improved air supply on the conveyor steel frame.
- Improved belt transmission using a 42 teeth sprocket.
- Separate control of air pressure on the beam and dead plate.
- Individual cooling control for inner and outer cavities on the dead plate for better cooling equalization.
- Equipped with a 'silent chain' steel belt.
- Air supply for the dead plate and conveyor beam.
- Conveyor section cooling with additional adjustments for each section.
- 689 UBC: Air supply is consistent, adjustable every two sections via a manual butterfly valve.
- 789 SBC: Air supply is separately adjustable for each section.
- 889 ICC: Cooling air from the conveyor beam can be manually adjusted for each cavity, applicable only for double gob.
- Optional motorized height adjustment system.
- Dead plate height adjustment system available on request.
- Conveyor extension can include under belt cooling.
- Telescopic conveyor extension beam.
