The Bottero conveyor system is engineered to facilitate the smooth handling of containers, even at high transfer speeds. It offers three distinct cooling solutions tailored to specific customer requirements: Under Belt Cooling (UBC), Separate Belt Cooling (SBC), and Independent Cavity Cooling (ICC).
- The conveyor is compatible with up to 12 sections for a single bed machine or up to 24 sections for a tandem machine.
- Air cooling inlets can be positioned at the front or back of the conveyor body.
- Optional motorized height adjustment system and dead plate height adjustment system available upon request.
- Conveyor extensions can be equipped with under belt cooling and a telescopic conveyor extension beam.
- Enhanced cooling flexibility and improved air supply on the conveyor steel frame.
- Improved belt transmission using a 42 teeth sprocket.
- Separate control of air pressure on the beam and dead plate for better cooling equalization.
- Individual cooling control of inner and outer cavity on the dead plate.
- Features a 'silent chain' steel belt.
- Dead plate cooling offers additional adjustment for each section.
- Cooling air from the conveyor beam can be manually adjusted for each cavity, specifically for double gob configurations.
- Air flow regulation is possible via a manual butterfly valve.
