Types of Units:

Single Shop: Capable of feeding up to 50 cc cartridges, equipped with a 0.75 kW motor, a gear pump, a 50-liter oil tank, and systems for oil pressure, level, and temperature control, along with an oil filtering system.
Multi Shop: Capable of feeding up to 200 cc cartridges, equipped with two 2.2 kW motors, two gear pumps, a 200-liter oil tank, and similar control systems as the Single Shop, with the addition of a heat exchanger for oil cooling. This ensures consistent cushioning and improved IS machine performance.

PLC Safety-Control Functions:

Start/stop control of pumps and status visualization via panel lamp and display.
Monitoring of oil level, pressure, and temperature, with alarms for anomalies.
Immediate stop signal control and automatic oil cooling option for Single Shop.
Automatic pump time-exchange for Multi Shop.

Additional Features:

Delivery pressure adjustment and safety checks via exhaust valve.
Display of current pressure, oil level, and temperature using gauges and indicators.
Oil filtering during fill-up and in the circuit, with clog indicators for filter status.
Signalization of pump status, including "out-of-service" notifications.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) The safety-controls functions are the following: 1. Start/stop of the pumps. 2. Visualization of the status of the pumps (ON/OFF) by means of a lamp on the panel. 3. Visualization on display of the status of the pump (system ok, alarms, if any). 4. Check of the min. level of the oil in the tank. 5. Check of the pressure (min. and max.) in the circuit. 6. Check of the oil max. temperature. 7.
