NATRON™ Technical Data Sheet SILTEX™ INKS DESCRIPTION APPLICATION Formulated as a two [2] component textile silicone inks Strong adhesion print on textiles & fabrics Used for Direct, Transfer, and 3D printing Resistance to rubbing, machine washing, and scratch tests Requires heat to dry Pot life of 7 - 9 hours Polyester Performance/ sportswear Cotton / Wool (Socks) Customizing Hats / Caps Anti-Slip Socks PROPERTIES High Opacity *Glossy finish Extreme flexibility (500X) Low drying temp. (212°F - 250°F) ADDITIVES Solvents Speed Ratio [ % of ink weight ] SilTex SS Solvent Slow 1 - 10% Catalyst / Hardener Ratio [ % of ink weight ] INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Pour ink into a mixing cup Pour the ink into mixing cup. Note the weight Required: Add 3% SilTex Catalyst Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneity Not Required: Add solvent to accomplish additional dilutions for thin film application using the appropriate solvents 6 Months Print your product and dry it at 212°F - 250°F for 60 Seconds. Warning: Consult the MSDS for solvents prior to use, as its solvent carrier are hazardous
