Natron™ MG Series Ink is a two-part component ink Formulated for pad printing and or screen printing Strong adhesion onto metal, glass, ceramics, and hard plastics Resistance to Weather elements, chemicals (alcohol, acids, and alkali), and scratch tests Air or heat dry and cure ink Pot life of 12 - 24 hours PROPERTIES High gloss and opacity Resistance to weather elements High abrasion resistance Excellent chemical resistance Stainless steel mugs Aluminum bottles Ceramic mugs Automotive Knobs Hard hats Coins Metal, ceramic, and hard plastic pens Many other Promotional items ADDITIVES Catalyst / Hardener Ratio [ % of ink weight ] Speed Ratio [ % of ink weight ] INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Stair the ink before pouring it into a mixing cup Pour the ink into mixing cup. Note the weight Add Catalyst / Hardener 10% of inks weight* Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneity Add solvent to alter viscosity using the appropriate solvents* Print your product Cure the product at the appropriate temperature. Different substrates cure at different temperatures Warning: Consult the MSDS for solvents prior to use, as its solvent carrier are hazardous * Hardener and solvent ratios can be increased or decreased depending on the substrate and desired viscosity Packaging 1 Kg (2.2lb) Can Warranty 6 Months HIGH OPACITY COLORS | 310 | PROCESS COLORS
