These units should be used at 80 PSI with clean, dry air, with a maximum of 85 PSI. U-LAPS require a 3-in-1 filter, regulator, and lubricator.

U-LAP Units: These units are priced at $440.00 and include models such as:

U-LAP 30: 0.3 mm stroke, 30,000 RPM.
U-LAP 70: 0.7 mm stroke, 28,000 RPM.
U-LAP 120: 1.2 mm stroke, 25,000 RPM.
U-LAP 300: 3.0 mm stroke, 10,000 RPM.

Air Grinders: These tools are suitable for precision grinding, finishing, and polishing of molds and dies. They perform well with BORIDE’s mounted points, coated abrasives, felt bobs, and miniature brushes. Key models include:

MSG-32BSN: Straight pencil type with 1/8" collet, 65,000 RPM.
MSG-3BSN: Straight pencil type with 3 mm collet, 65,000 RPM.
MAG-12IN: 120º angle air grinder with 1/8" collet, 52,500 RPM.
MAG-122N: 120º angle air grinder, 35,000 RPM.
MAG-123N: 120º angle air grinder, 23,500 RPM.
MAG-093N: 90º angle air grinder, 23,500 RPM.
