Load Cell Model Series OBBS is available in two models: OBBS and OBBS2, with capacities ranging from 20kg to 500kg. The rated output is 2.0mV/V ± 0.2%. Key performance metrics include non-linearity at 0.03% R.O., hysteresis at 0.02% R.O., and non-repeatability at 0.02% R.O. The load cells have a creep error of 0.03% in 20 minutes and a zero balance of 1% R.O. They operate within a compensated temperature range of -10 to 70°C and an operating temperature range of -20 to 80°C. Temperature effects on rated output and zero balance are ≤0.02% per 10°C. The terminal input resistance is 400 Ohms ± 20 Ohms, and the terminal output resistance is 350 Ohms ± 5 Ohms. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 2000 MOhms at 50V DC. The recommended excitation voltage is between 3V and 12V, with a maximum of 15V. The load cells can withstand an ultimate overload of 300% R.C and a safe overload of 150% R.C. They meet the IP 68 protection class.
Model Capacities OBBS models cover capacities of 20, 50, and 100 kg, while OBBS2 models cover 200, 300, and 500 kg.
Wiring Information The wiring configuration is as follows: RED for EXC. (+), WHITE for EXC. (-), GREEN for SIG. (+), BLUE for SIG. (-), and BARE for GND.
Construction and Design The load cells feature a fully welded seal with stainless steel bellows, suitable for hostile environments, and are constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel.
