Adjustable Clamping Levers Overview

Material and Construction:
The lever body is made from glass-fibre reinforced polyamide-based technopolymer, which is resistant to solvents, oils, greases, and other chemical agents. The clamping element is also made from glass-fibre reinforced technopolymer with a black-oxide steel retaining screw and an AISI 302 stainless steel return spring.

Color Options:
Standard colors include black, orange, and grey with a matte finish. RAL 6011 green is available for sufficient quantities.

Assembly Features:
The levers are equipped with a black-oxide steel threaded stud with a chamfered flat end according to UNI 947 : ISO 4753 standards. They are particularly suitable for situations where the lever turning angle is limited due to space constraints. The handles can be quickly assembled using electric or pneumatic screwdrivers with a controlled tightening torque system.

Usage Instructions:
To clamp, lift the lever to disengage the clamping device toothing and return it to the start position. Releasing the lever automatically engages the toothing via the return spring. If a 360° rotation is not possible, the clamping element can be screwed using the hexagon socket front head screw after disengaging the lever.
