CER AMIC PRODUC T S C A S TING AND H ANDLING LINE It is a production line for casting ceramic products. In the first section of the line the top part of the product is cast and dried, then it is joined to the bottom part, cast in a large gypsum mold. After drying the whole product to the required value, the entire mold is disassembled by the manipulator. The product is rotated 180∞ on the pad and moved to the roller bench where inspection of the cast or possible shape correction takes place. The mold after its removal is inserted back into the casting line and prepared for the next cycle....

TE X TILE M ANIPUL ATOR The textile blanks manipulator stacks textile blanks on pallets. Two rotary drums snychronously pick up blanks from a line conveyor and stack them onto prepared pallets following a customisable program. Blanks can be stacked either face up or face down. Operator can use the "Slide" for quality checks – this can be activated by remote control. The "Slide" sorts non-comforming blanks out or can be used to perform regular quality control checks. Manipulator features a platform with rotation that is easily accessible to staff that can unload fully stacked pallets and...
