The flexible and advanced die-cutting technology allows simultaneous die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing and perforating all on the same flexible die plate. Cards are die-cut nickfree, stripped out inline, shingled and fed to the ACC 550 HS Automated Card Collator and Stacker via a conveyor belt. The ACC 550 HS stacks each row into a complete deck and feeds itto a downstream packaging system that may include overwrappers, banding machines, packaging machines or packing table conveyors. The system is versatile.
