The BOGE converter bluekat can also be easily installed directly downstream of a receiver to reduce the residual oil content to < 0.0025 mg/Nm3. DEFENSIVE Whether PET or respiratory air is involved - BOGE converters bluekat ensure top-quality compressed air. Silicones are converted to silicates by the catalytic material, while microorganisms and bacteria are significantly reduced - ideal for example with paintshop applications and for the food-processing, pharmaceutical or electrical industry. 13 E FLEXIBLE You can also connect the converter downstream of frequency-controlled machines or several rigid machines - the optional module ensures a variable volume flow rate. Operation of the converter will then be absolutely reliable with a volume flow ranging from 20 to 110 percent. EFFICIENT The converter operates with an extremely low energy consumption of approx. 0.01 kWh/Nm3 to 0.005 kWh/Nm3. In terms of energy it is significantly more efficient and economical than conventional treatment methods and technologies.
