Speed and Direction Control for 90 or 130 VDC PMDC Gearmotors and Motors The type WPM filtered control provides smooth speed control for PMDC gearmotors and motors. The WPM is a pulse width modulated (PWM) control that provides high torque and lower motor operating temperatures. It is housed in a NEMA 1/IP-20 enclosure. The Forward-Brake-Reverse switch provides dynamic braking for applications where the motor needs to be manually infrequently reversed, or as a setup function in an application. Simple trim pot adjustments eliminate the computer-like programming required in other drives.
