Ideally suited to rotational, injection and blow moulded parts such as bottles, containers, medium wall sections and collapsed parisons. A good medium size, Heavy Duty Granulator. Motor 30 kW – 75 kW. CUTTING CHAMBER The cutting chambers are made entirely of high quality steel. CNC machined and ground before assembly. Long life is ensured by the use of heavy wall sections and high grade material that will not contaminate the material being ground. The design allows for easy disassembly, repair and maintenance. G 50 Series Granulator data: ROTOR The rotors are manufactured from high tensile steel and are balanced for stable running. The rotors can be manufactured with single or double scissor cut action (V - cut). The Rotor design allows for easy removal and set-up of the blades and gives a consistent particle size. BLADES Blades are manufactured from either D2 or D3 material and through hardened to give maximum resistance and durability on the cutting edge. SCREEN The long life screens are manufactured from high strenght pipe or formed from high grade plate as required. Many different hole sizes are offered and easy removal and installation allow you to tailor the machine to your needs. PULLEY The pulleys are fiited to the shaft with taper lock bushes, which allows for maximum security. The inertia ceated by the large pulley assires a steady and reliable operation while the taperlock bush allows for ease of maintenance. HOPPER The hoppers are enclosed with sound proofing material to reduce the noise levels. Double row curtains are provided in the hopper mouth to minimise throw back during operation.
