Overview: The High Frequency Converter SFU 0100 is designed for manual use with a high-frequency spindle, Type 33 A1. It offers three operating modes and is equipped with a power and torque diagram for performance reference.
Operating Modes:- Manual Mode: Adjust the spindle speed using the control knob on the front panel. Pulling the knob starts the spindle, and pushing it back stops it.
- Manual with Remote Start-Stop: Insert a plug into the ¼" Jack on the back panel. The spindle speed is adjusted with the control knob, and a galvanically isolated contact controls start-stop functions (contact closed: STOP, contact open: START).
- Analogue Remote Controlled Operation: (Optional) A DC voltage between 2.6V and 12V controls the spindle speed from 5,500 rpm to 50,000 rpm. 0V stops the spindle. Voltages outside this range, except 0V, should not be applied.
Recommended Spindle: The Type 33 A1 spindle features an anodized aluminum housing with integrated air cooling. It has maintenance-free ball bearings and is available with a 3mm or 2.35mm chuck diameter.
