Open the catalog to page 1WHAT IS BLUEVIS? Are you looking for an opportunity to optimize bioprocessing? Discover the new BlueVis 4.0 - a new high performance software which helps you to manage your bioprocesses in the most efficient way. BLUEVIS - YOUR KEY TO BETTER BIOPROCESSINGYOUR ADVANTAGES: • integrated and open software solution • connect various sensors and probes • keep track of the important process parameters • parallel and real-time measurement • data can be provided to a process lead system (PLS) via OPC server
Open the catalog to page 2WHY USE BLUEVIS? Once inserted, BlueVis will process, log and visualize vital data of up to 12 bioprocesses in parallel and in real time. So you will be always informed about the status of your processes -early enough to react quickly. With BlueVis you can easily overview and control the most relevant process parameters: pH-value, pO2, CER, OUR and glucose.
Open the catalog to page 3With BlueVis you are able to connect a variety of probes and sensors via RS232 and RS485. Even already purchased devices can be connected Hamilton probes Other sensors and probes via RS485/USB Soft sensors by BlueSens and EXPUTEC ethanol glucose, lactate liquid methanol and ethanol pH, DO, etc. liquid various various

You can also easily set up your own graphs with all needed information. Logging BlueVis will save all the measurement data in log files. You will receive the complete documention. If needed all data can be exported into .CSV or .XLSX files
Open the catalog to page 5During the running process it is very important to keep control of the big picture. With BlueVis you can monitor your process with the connected sensors and probes. You can also control your process with connected actuators like pumps, mass flow meters, stirrers and cryostats etc. VJnra it4HH «** 11 m !-■ »lto a klto YOUR ADVANTAGES: • CER, OUR, RQ (by BlueSens), growth rate and biomass (by integrated EXPUTEC soft sensor)* • regulation of feed rate, stirring rate, pH-value, p02 etc. • parallel and real-time measurement of up to 12 processes * The usability of the soft sensors depends on...
Open the catalog to page 6For me it is important to identify the key parameters in the first step. This gives me the certainty for the following run. Identifying the main process parameters is the key to efficient bioprocessing. For a lot of processes the OUR, CER, RQ, the growth rate and the biomass are main indicators of the metabolic state. BlueVis calculates these important parameters with the integrated soft sensors and works with the measurement data from the connected sensors and probes.
